Welcoming in the NEW YEAR - First order of business, blog it.

REFACE PREVIEW:
Go to the bottom of the page to learn about Refacing and the savings it can bring for your budget.
This kitchen shown above started as the typical oak cabinets built in the 1970's
Once switching out the counter top, adding a back splash, new doors and crown it now models any current look around.

Here are just a few recent projects this month keeping us busy. Mesa's new coming hip hang out for the cigar lover - a Cigar Lounge.

This commercial site is located in the heart of the Las Sendas area.

Custom side tables designed to height for any restaurant or bar. Solid wood and always crafted with an eye for detail. Stained to preference with either a dark rich look (shown) or any color you desire.

Nicely planned out shelving for store owners to promote their product.  No more predictable cookie cutter shelves.  This establishment allows consumers to feel as though they are in a place of worth and prestige. Presentation is everything in retail. Once this display is cleaned and stocked, the look will be inviting and easy to browse.

Trim can often transform a standard piece into a high end work of art. This Rope Trim shown to the left is priced per linear foot.  Adding custom touches can make an bold statement and offer a rich look in the right location. A little goes a long way as you can see from this most recent commercial project.

STANDARD KITCHEN REFACE

On a "Reface Note" - Below is a few of January's kitchen projects.

SAVING MONEY:

Most kitchen reface projects save homeowners many of their hard earned dollars AND TIME by avoiding a complete tear out.  Here the original boxes were left in place, new doors added and custom stained crown. Although the owner kept it very simple, the end result was nothing less than stunning.

WHY REFACE MY CABINETS?

Typically cabinets placed during a homes original build date are lower end quality wood which breaks down over time.  Adding a more stable well built door face not only looks better, but functions better.  Upgrading your cabinetry creates more selling power for you as a home owner,if and when that time comes.  Taste and trends change over time.  A fresh new look can bring excitement for staying in a home one may have grown tired of.  Change it up - enhance your space- there are many colors and styles available to choose from.

BELOW SHOWS:
Original boxes left in place, new upgraded faces (doors) added as well as a topper bringing height and a custom look to the kitchen without the full remodel price tag.

Below is:
Another project which the homeowner left the original cabinets in place, switched to a better quality door face
as well as added crown to the top..

Another option for a kitchen makeover is staining or painting.
This is a economical choice for those pleased with existing cabinets location and or durability:
Also adding finishing touches such as corbels (see above)
bring uniqueness and style to a previously standard layout.
